Proven and specially adapted to our Compact-Line and Alu-Line series machines.Both the compact sheet steel housing and the main circuit board are manufactured exclusively for Sorotec. A simple, extensively documented design, complete equipment with interfaces, expandability of the equipment and, last but not least, an affordable price set standards in this class.
The external power supply via a 36 V power supply unit makes the assembly of this control unit far less critical; all ‘dangerous’ parts and connections are located outside. Nevertheless, we also offer this control unit ready assembled on request - you should only build it yourself if you want to and can.
Nothing is missing from the interfaces: Switched spindles can be connected. Tool length sensor, emergency stop, everything has its place on the clearly labelled terminal strip. In addition, 24 V outputs are available to switch the 230 V for the milling spindle or peripherals such as chip extraction or minimum quantity lubrication via the optionally available switchbox.
A selection of interfaces is available for connection to control software.

- Selection of output stages with increased power
- Control of motors with integrated drivers
- Operation of two output stages in master/slave mode - Operation for dual drives
- Control of up to 5 output stages or control of up to 5 motors with integrated drivers
- Speed control of spindles both with gantry connection and via a frequency converter
- Connection of mechanical or inductive reference switches
- Display of the machine status via LED
