The TERRIER chipbreaker combines all the advantages of a chip-breaking single cutter with the finishing edge of a two-cutter. Biting like a terrier, the TERRIER chipbreaker eats through the material. A marginal residual unbalance is achieved through the finely balanced grinding. Vibrations are reliably absorbed and vibrations are dissipated much better.

The mirror-smooth tool surface ensures smooth chip removal. The spectral coating also prevents the material to be removed from sticking together. The roughing / finishing combination maximizes the time-chip volume: extremely short chips are created. This property makes it the ideal tool for deep interventions and trochoidal milling.
