2-Flute WOOD VR | 1206HO

These wood milling cutters are the result of a new collaboration between Sorotec and a German manufacturer. New, intelligent manufacturing processes for large series enable outstanding quality at reasonable prices. So that projects do not fail because of expensive tools.

The geometry of milling cutters specially designed for wood is characterized above all by the very steeply angled spiral groove. At 15°, there is hardly any tensile force that would tear the material upwards when cutting. This avoids frayed edges. On the other hand, the spiral is still sufficient to transport chips out of the groove and keep the milling channel clear.
