Classic t-slot plates in many different dimensions. These plates are milled of solid C45/1.1730 tooling steel. They are thermally stress reliefed and face milled. The advantages of C45 over cast iron plates is a higher tensile strength and toughness. A narrow t-slot pitch allows a broad application spectrum. By manufacturing with solid material and a smooth underside, these panels can be incorporated any or get further processed. Alignment of T-slots always parallel to the long side of the panel. To achieve maximum rigidity, face milling is performed while retaining the maximum possible thickness. Consequently, the thickness may range from 20 to 23 mm. If you require a precise thickness, please specify this when placing your order.
