Like 2-flute aluminum, but with a small corner radius (0.25 mm to Ø 5 mm, 0.5 mm above).
The corner radius reduces the notch effect (corner stress) in the workpiece. The cutter lasts longer because the tips are more resilient. Compared to the two-flute cutter without a radius, the rounded version also runs more smoothly.
