Statusboard for error evaluation
This status board serves to evaluate possibly pending error messages (e.g. missing compressed air or drive alarms) of the machine and to pass them on to the CNC.Four inputs are available which trigger the emergency stop via a relay.
Furthermore, there are two alarm inputs available which are displayed visually and audible (using the optional beeper).
Cover:
Plastic cover for the LEDs and the surface on their own label of functions.
IN1 - IN4
Inputs for tripping.
If an error occurs, the relay -> Emergency and ERR-OUT
ERR-OUT has both states (NO and NC)
When fitting errors the LEDs flash red.
WIN1 - WIN2
Inputs for alerts
If a warning occurs, a beep from the beeper will be triggered.
If the warnings LEDs flash yellow.
BUZZ
Connection for beeper (buzzer).
ERR-BEEP
Jumper setting = sound even with Errors
VCC
+ 5V power supply - can be removed from EdingCNC.
