Leadshine CS-D1008
The Leadshine CS-D1008 is a closed-loop stepper motor driver that solves the step loss problem of open-loop stepper motor controllers and increases system reliability at minimal overhead. The advanced control algorithm is based on Leadshine's ten years of experience in the field of stepper motor and servo motor control. With this he operates the stepper motor with reduced heating, noise and vibration. Highly reliable and affordable, the CS-D1008 is ideal for many industrial applications such as CNC, medical, electronics, packaging.
The CS-D1008 can drive 2-phase stepper motors with incremental encoders. Compared to conventional open-loop stepper motor systems, a closed-loop CS-D1008 can eliminate possible step loss, perform real-time position error correction, and does not need to provide torque to do so.
