VMS-500

The minimum quantity lubrication system VMS-500 operates according to the Venturi principle. It delivers small amounts of lubricant directly to the working tool to reduce the generation of frictional heat during machining. A cooling effect is also created by the compressed air and, when using highly volatile lubricants, by the evaporative cooling.

Control screws on the noozle allow the supply to be optimally adjusted depending on the lubricant, material, and intended use. The use of minimum quantity lubrication can significantly increase tool life and significantly improve the quality of the machined surface.
