Vacuum table 3030 SEAL

SEAL vacuum tables are an extension of the ST vacuum tables. An 8 mm cast aluminum base plate rounds out the 15 mm polyethylene base and  6mm cast aluminum lid structure. This has a vibration dampening effect and provides more rigidity. To attach the vacuum table, first attach the base plate to the base, then attach the top of the vacuum table to the base plate. to the base plate. They are well suited for light machining of wood, plastic and thin light metal plates with minimum quantity lubrication. Heavy machining and the use of coolant are not recommended.

The vacuum tables of the SRT, ST and Seal series can have a curved surface. Therefore, the vacuum table should be screwed in place and planed before first use.

If necessary, the vacuum table can also be mounted on a plate.

If a plan milling is not possible or if the table is to be dismantled frequently, we recommend the vacuum tables of the GAL, GR or the Smart series.
