Minimal quantity lubrication VELRON VMS-500 - Solenoid valve control
The minimum quantity lubrication system VMS-500 operates according to the Venturi principle. It delivers small amounts of lubricant directly to the working tool to reduce the generation of frictional heat during machining. A cooling effect is also created by the compressed air and, when using highly volatile lubricants, by the evaporative cooling.The two control screws allow the supply to be optimally adjusted depending on the lubricant, material, and intended use. The use of minimum quantity lubrication can significantly increase tool life and significantly improve the quality of the machined surface.
The compressed air supply can be interrupted by a controllable solenoid valve.

- Liquid container, capacity 1 litre with level indicator
- Compressed air regulator with pressure gauge
- Check valve to prevent backflow
