Matching the Sorotec rotary axisThe tailstock, with a 65 mm center height, also comes from Mecheltron for the Sorotec rotary axis. It features an MK2 taper mount and includes a traditional 60° live center. The slots on the base are aligned with the grid of most slotted milling plates.
Of course, this tailstock can also be used without restriction in other applications where a center height of 65 mm is required; for example, to complement a dividing head on a conventional milling machine.
