HTR SPRAY NOZZLE – PRECISE AND ROBUST
The HTR spray nozzle from HPM Technologie is a robust and versatile spray nozzle designed for industrial applications. It is particularly well-suited for processes requiring precise and uniform fluid distribution. Thanks to its sturdy construction and capability for exact dosing, it is suitable for a wide range of applications.
AREAS OF APPLICATION
The HTR spray nozzle is used in various industrial applications, particularly in minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) and in processes requiring the targeted application of lubricants, coolants, or other fluids. Typical areas of application include:
- Metalworking (milling, turning, drilling, reaming, thread forming)
- Lubrication of saw blades and cutting tools
- Lubrication and cooling in forming and stamping processes
- Applications in the food industry, plastics processing, and other sectors requiring controlled fluid distribution
FUNCTION AND ADJUSTMENT OPTIONS
The HTR spray nozzle enables precise volumetric dosing directly at the nozzle. The spray pattern can be adjusted as required to achieve either targeted or area-wide distribution of the liquid. Dosing is performed via an internal mixing nozzle that finely atomizes the medium using compressed air.
