In principle, every pneumatic tool changer can also be controlled manually. To do so, AMB is offering a specific unit. The open housing, which is robustly folded from 3 mm aluminum sheet, houses two manual pneumatic valves from Festo. A switch toggles between "loosening" and "clamping", a button is used for "ejecting / blowing out". For the compact and lightweight air piston construction of the AMB tool changer, the eject button is briefly pressed four to five times.Technical specifications:
