Double nozzle DDS-F for droplet lubricating
Double nozzle DDS-F
The double nozzle DDS-F is ideal for lubricating circular and band saw blades. It is mounted so that the saw blade runs through the recess on the mixing head. The two V-shaped droplet nozzles then ensure optimal lubrication. The air and coolant quantities can be set individually for each nozzle on the mixing head via needle valves.
Connection with pneumatic hose:
6 mm outer Ø for air
4 mm outer Ø for coolant
The following is also required for connection as an additional nozzle:
One each
Y-connector for 4 mm hose (PNE.SVY4.4M)
Y-connector for 6 mm hose (PNE.SVY6.6M)
or one each
T-connector for 4 mm hose (PNE.SVT4.4M)
T-connector for 6 mm hose (PNE.SVT6.6M)
