Cuts top and bottom without tearing

At the bottom, on the cutting edges, this cutter is spiraled to the right. In the upper part, the spiral runs anti-clockwise. This means that the thrust goes inwards on both sides of the material, and the top and bottom remain smooth and without frayed tears.
