Control units series C1 Configurator

Proven and specially designed for our HobbyLine and BasicLine series machines.

Both the compact sheet steel housing and the main circuit board are manufactured exclusively for Sorotec. A simple, extensively documented design, complete equipment with interfaces and, last but not least, an affordable price set standards in this class.

The external power supply via a 36 V power supply unit makes the assembly of this controller far less critical, all ‘dangerous’ parts and connections are located outside. Nevertheless, we also offer this control unit ready assembled on request - you should only build it yourself if you are willing and able to do so.

Nothing is missing from the interfaces: Switched spindles can be connected. Tool length sensor, emergency stop, everything has its place on the clearly labelled terminal strip. In addition, 24 V outputs are available to switch the 230 V for the milling spindle or peripherals such as a chip extraction system or minimum quantity lubrication via the optionally available switchbox. Only a spindle fan, if present, should be supplied via a separate power supply unit, as the total power of the 24 V outputs is limited to 500 mA.

A selection of interfaces is available for connection to control software.
The control unit can also be optionally equipped with a fourth axis.

Please note that Estlcam does not support a fourth axis.
