The HIWIN HG series profile rail guides, featuring four ball raceways, are designed for high loads and rigidity.

Thanks to the 45° arrangement of the ball raceways, the HG series can accommodate loads equally from all directions. Low friction forces and high efficiency are additional characteristics of the HG series. Ball retention strips prevent the balls from falling out if the carriage is removed from the profile rail during installation. The carriage is sealed on all sides by end seals to prevent the ingress of contaminants. The unit is relubricated via grease nipples that can be mounted on either side.
