CAT-crossover adapter

Converts a normal CAT cable into a crossover cable.

Needed for connection to the USB-CNC Ethernet version, if the network card does not support the crossover function. Also suitable for fast PC direct connection via LAN (RJ45). A network switch is not needed then.
