Parts set ALU-Line Heavy Gantry 2007

Due to the large dimensions, profiles and recirculating ball screws with higher cross-sections are installed in the ALU-Line Heavy. Additionally, the Heavy Gantry version comes with two external X-drive spindles for twice the power.

On the X axis, the 90 x 90 profile is replaced by a 180 x 90 profile to reduce deflection to a minimum. Two linear guide rails are mounted on the 180 profile on each side in order to achieve an even higher stability of the portal.

Our machines are equipped with pre-tensioned 20 mm linear guides to reduce any vibrations that may occur.

With this kit you get all the necessary parts for the mechanical construction of the portal milling machine. The drag chains and stepper motors are not included.

The mechanics is supplied in individual parts for self-assembly. The pictures show the fully assembled state. After completion, the sets of parts presented here represent what is referred to as "incomplete machines" in the Machinery Directive. For operation in accordance with the regulations, it must be completed with an enclosure and the module functional safety (operator protection). Information sheet
