SeoGeo Gantry Squaring Board for electronic alignment of gantry portals
The SeoGeo Gantry Squaring Board is a circuit board for electronic alignment of gantry portals using two pulse-direction stepper motors, each with its own homing switch.
During the referencing of the axes of a gantry portal, this extension board ensures the alignment of the portal via the separate approach of one homing switch per axis. This allows the perpendicularity between the X and Y axes to be ensured via the position of the homing switches.
The circuit board is not a complete control system, nor does it contain any switch-off devices for personal protection. This must be taken over by the higher-level control system.
Supported homing switches are NO switches, NO inductive NPN or NO capacitive NPN sensors.
