Completly-system HF-Motorspindel 8015 water cooled 1,5kW
Here you can find our water cooled HF-Spindles. These Spindles are driven by a variable-speed asynchronous motor which is known for its excellent smooth running and constant torque characteristics even at low rotation speed.
The cooling is assured by a circulating cooling liquid, cooled down in a compact high power radiator.
Liquid cooling allows continuous high power operation of the spindle system while keeping the temperature constant for optimal bearing operational condition. We recommend these spindles foremost professional users and hobbyists with demanding projects.
We recommend the MECHATRON HFS8015 to all our demanding customers who are milling wood, plastics and non-ferrous metals. Thanks to the water cooling system, the noise emittation is even a bit better than that of the air cooled spindles, plus the temperature constance ensures always perfect environment conditions for the spindle bearings. The complicated and enduring production of 3D Models for example is no problem for the HFS8015. The ER 11 Collet takes tools up to 8mm Diameter.

This Set is plug&play, completely programmed and can be directly used after mounting the spindle. Just connect the cable and start milling. The basic Set contains the following components:
