RAL Serie
The RAL vacuum tables are made of solid aluminium and straightened on both sides.
These characteristics ensure both the maximally possible firmness and distortion-freeness when heating up (no bimetal effect).
This vacuum clamping technology guarantees a clamping force which is around 4 - 5 times higher than using an ordinary vacuum cleaner or a side channel compressor. There is no need for a very powerful vacuum pump because the whole system is sealed up during the production process - even while countersinking your component!
With our clamping technology you will be able to mill components which are as small as a 1-Cent coin and you can work with exactly outlined ornaments of plywood or just only mill your name on a door plate.
